An improved technique for the design of decentralized dynamic decoupled proportional-integral (PI) controllers to control many variables column flotation was developed and implemented in this paper. This work motivated by challenges when working with multiple inputs outputs (MIMO) systems that are not controllable conventional linear feedback controllers. Conventional consists various drawbacks it comes complex industrial processes. The introduction decentralization, decoupling, advanced controls methods overcomes these drawbacks. Hence, implementation mitigate stability MIMO important. closed-loop model process is a real-time platform using TwinCAT 3.1 automation software CX5020 Beckhoff programmable logic (PLC) through transformation technique. reasons as an environment were reliability, built according new industry standards, allowing transformation, which makes more advantageous be used than any other PLCs. done validate effectiveness recommended prove its usability multivariable system. Comparable numerical results presented, they imply usage method highly recommended.
